About Us
Jefferson Christian Custom Homes, Inc. was created in 1997 by Dale and Jennifer Christian of College Station, Texas. Dale has been building in Bryan/College Station since 1990 and has been responsible for some of the most complex and detailed homes built in the area. After attending Texas A&M University and earning his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in 1989 and his Master of Science in Land Development in 1992, it was a natural fit to stay in the area and focus on the custom market.
JCCH specializes exclusively in upper end custom homes and prides itself in building “forever homes.” One of the things we learned years ago was to never stop learning. Because of ever changing technology, availability of new materials and development of more efficient methods, we are constantly striving to develop the most advanced and up to date home available. By combining our years of experience with the willingness to explore, we are proud that every home we build is a “forever home”.
Dale works closely with homeowners, architects, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors on every project to ensure each home is built to the highest of standards. He is assisted by field supervisors Rusty Camp and Ben Skow, senior manager Kate Morawietz, financial manager Brooke Skow, and support staff Libby Paul and Amanda White.
Rusty was one of the premier painters in the area for many years before coming to work for JCCH in 2001. He works tirelessly on every job no matter how big or small to ensure a smooth and timely move in. Ben Skow has been supervising the building of custom homes in Bryan/College Station for 2 years and is one of the best in the industry. He has worked in every aspect of homebuilding and now brings the experience necessary to make sure our homes are built to the highest standards. Their attention to detail and expertise in finish aspects are invaluable when applying the last touches to every home. Kate has been with JCCH since 2002 as Dale’s assistant and senior manager. She strives to simplify the homebuilding process for homeowners through meticulous record keeping and prompt attention to customer needs. She is assisted by Libby who goes above and beyond to serve our customers needs. Brooke joined the team in 2004 as office manager and brings her focused energy to maintaining detailed accounting records of all job costs. Amanda assists her by supporting the daily accounting record-keeping operations.
Jefferson Christian Custom Homes, Inc. is a Registered Texas Home Builder and a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce, the Bryan/College Station Home Builders Association, the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Home Builders. In addition, we hold the honor of being the only local home builder that is a Southern Living Custom Home Builder Program member.
